1. Return and Refund Policy

NCLX STUDIOS Return & Refund Policy

At NCLX STUDIOS, every single piece is cut, crafted, and processed with intense care. Because we operate as an independent studio making limited runs, we are unable to offer refunds or returns unless the garment arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

1. Refunds & Replacements Eligibility

We will gladly issue a refund or a free replacement only under the following conditions:

You received the wrong item (incorrect size, color, or design variant).

The product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged upon arrival.

There are major production errors that do not match our standard design specifications.

How to raise an issue:

Please reach out to our team within 5 days of delivery with:

Your order ID

Clear photos of the issue/defect

A short explanation of the problem

Our studio will review your request, and if it qualifies, we will instantly process a refund or initiate a fresh replacement.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

As an independent label, we cannot absorb the costs of accidental orders. We do not offer refunds or replacements for:

Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

Incorrect sizing ordered by the customer. (Please consult our detailed size chart carefully before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit).

Minor color variations. Slight shifts in shade are normal due to digital screen differences and our specialized studio printing/dyeing processes.

Delays caused by our courier partners. We will aggressively step in and help you track down or escalate a delayed package with the carrier, but refunds will not be issued for courier transit delays.

3. Cancellation Policy

Because our studio team moves quickly to prep and produce your order, cancellations are only permitted within 1 hour of placement. Past this 1-hour window, the creation process is locked in, and the order cannot be cancelled or altered.

4. Timelines

Refunds: Once approved, your refund hits your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Replacements: Approved replacements are immediately pushed into production and will ship out via our standard delivery timelines.
