Section 1 - Studio Craft & Sizing Responsibility

NCLX STUDIOS provides detailed, exact size charts on all product pages. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have verified your measurements. As an independent label producing specific, limited runs, we cannot be held responsible or liable for incorrect sizes selected by the customer during checkout.

Section 2 - Order Lock-In & Cancellations

To maintain efficiency in our studio workflow, orders enter production immediately. You have a strict 1-hour window from the exact time of purchase to request a cancellation or modification. Beyond this hour, all sales are final, the creation process is locked in, and orders cannot be altered, cancelled, or refunded.

Section 3 - Aesthetics & Garment Variance

We strive to display the textures, colors, and graphics of our apparel as accurately as possible on our online storefront. However, due to varying digital screen calibrations and the unique nature of our studio production and ink/dyeing processes, minor variations in color, shade, or print placement may occur and are considered characteristic of the design rather than defects.

Section 4 - Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Certain content, products, and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties. Third-party links on this site may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with us.
