NCLX STUDIOS Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are dedicated to delivering a smooth, transparent, and reliable shipping experience across India. We don't just pull mass inventory off a shelf; every single piece at NCLX STUDIOS goes through a dedicated preparation and strict quality-check process before it leaves our hands.

1. Dispatch & Processing Time

All orders are curated, packaged, and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of your order placement.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our studio.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We offer two tiers of transit to suit your needs once your package has been handed over to our premium courier partners:

Standard Ground Shipping: Takes 4 to 6 business days for delivery across most regions in India.

Express Air Shipping: Faster transit, taking 2 to 4 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

Please note that transit timelines are estimates provided by logistics partners, and deliveries to remote locations may occasionally experience minor delays.

3. Regional Shipping Surcharge

Due to the unique logistical challenges and higher transit costs associated with reaching certain regions, a small surcharge of ₹25 applies to deliveries bound for the following areas:

North East India

Jammu & Kashmir

Ladakh

Himachal Pradesh

Sikkim

Andaman & Nicobar Islands

Lakshadweep

This fee will be automatically calculated and cleanly displayed at checkout based on your delivery address pin code.

4. Courier & Delivery Disclaimer

Once a package leaves our studio, it enters the care of our trusted third-party courier networks. While we will fully back you up and aggressively help you track down or escalate any logistical hiccups, NCLX STUDIOS is not liable for unexpected delivery delays caused solely by the courier service, and refunds will not be issued for late transits.
